Proceeds from the new version of Don't They Know It's Christmas? will go towards battling ebola, and the single will feature artists including One Direction, Ed Sheeran, Bono, Chris Martin and Sam Smith, with cover artwork designed by Tracey Emin. Geldof said 'It really doesn't matter if you hate this song or you don't like this song, you have to buy this thing'. Release date November 17.
